  • 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Verify that there is no damage from transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken off power cords/terminals, or signs of dampness. Address any issues before operation.
  • 2 The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the labels on the rear panel. Ensure the connected input power supply matches the voltage indicated in the manual.
  • 3 The cooling fan is temperature controlled. It starts running when the internal temperature exceeds the configured threshold. Fan speed varies dynamically with the output voltage and current. Keep the inlet and outlet of the fan clear during operation.
  • 4 If internal temperatures reach the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine will stop automatically to prevent damage. It will auto-resume operation once the temperature drops to a safe level.
  • 5 Ensure that operational environments do not exceed standard levels of dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight exposure.
  • 6 Perform regular dust removal to extend the service life and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used, but do not open the casing to prevent high-voltage hazards and component damage.
  • 7 When idle for an extended period, store the power supply in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and run the device for at least 30 minutes.
  • 8 Warning: Connect to the powered load equipment only when the initial power-on test is normal and completely error-free.
  • 9 Malfunction Handling: If abnormal operation occurs, shut off the power switch immediately. Check all external connections for correctness and tightness. Ensure switches and knobs are correctly positioned. Due to internal high voltages, do not open the casing or attempt self-repair without professional equipment and training.
