1. Pre-Operation Check

2. Power Connection & Safety

3. Temperature-Controlled Cooling

The cooling fan is temperature controlled. It starts when the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting threshold. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is normal. Ensure that the inlet and outlet of the fan are not blocked.

4. Overheat Shutdown

When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. Once the temperature drops to a safe level, it will automatically resume operation.

5. Environmental Conditions

When operating the equipment, prevent dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the air from exceeding normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.

6. Regular Maintenance

It is recommended to carry out dust removal work regularly to improve the service life and reliability of the power equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal. Do not open the casing or damage internal components due to high internal voltage.

7. Storage
