Product Instructions

1. Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Verify if any damage occurred during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, disconnections of power cords and terminals, or exposure to moisture.
2. The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, please install an external air switch at the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the rear panel label.
3. The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. It starts running when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold point. Ensure that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked during operation.
4. When the internal temperature reaches the overheat protection threshold, the machine stops automatically. It will restart once the temperature drops to a safe level.
5. Avoid using the device in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, direct sunlight, or rain.
6. Regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) can significantly improve the service life. Do not open the casing to prevent damaging internal components.
7. If idle for over 6 months, store the unit in a dry, ventilated room and power it on for at least 30 minutes before usage.
8. Warning: Only connect the load equipment after the initial power-on test runs normally and error-free.
9. Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power supply immediately. Check the external connections for looseness and ensure switches and knobs are positioned correctly. Due to the high voltage hazard inside, do not attempt to disassemble the casing or repair the unit without professional equipment and authorization.
