Product Instructions
1
Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Verify there is no transit damage, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken off power cords and terminals, or dampness. Address any of these issues prior to operation.
2
The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the label on the rear panel, confirming that the connected voltage matches the manual specifications.
3
The cooling fan is temperature controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the control threshold. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Ensure that the air inlet and outlet of the fan are not blocked during operation.
4
When the internal temperature reaches the overheat protection threshold, the machine will automatically shutdown to prevent damage. It will automatically restart and resume operation once the temperature drops.
5
Ensure the operating environment does not exceed normal levels for dust, acid, corrosive gases, or other airborne substances. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
6
Regularly perform dust removal using dry compressed air to improve the device service life and reliability. Due to high internal voltage, do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.
7
When stored idle for long periods, keep the power supply in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the equipment for at least half an hour.
8
Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment after the initial power-on test is complete and verified error-free.
9
Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation is observed, cut off the power switch immediately. Check internal/external connections for tightness and verify if all switches and knobs are in the correct position. Do not remove the casing without authorization due to high voltage. Please contact professional support to resolve any issues.
