• Pre-operation Check: Check the stored and transported switch power supply before powering on. Damage during transportation should be checked, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, whether the power cord and terminals are shaken off, and if they are damp. Address any issues in a timely manner.
• Power Input Control: The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the label on the rear panel, confirming voltage consistency with the manual.
• Cooling Fan Control: The cooling fan is temperature controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. Fan speed varies with the output voltage and current. Ensure the inlet and outlet of the fan remain unblocked.
• Overheating Protection: When the internal temperature reaches the threshold, the machine stops automatically. It will restart once the temperature drops to a safe level.
• Environmental Conditions: Ensure operating environments do not exceed normal levels for dust, acid, corrosive gases, or direct sunlight. Avoid severe vibrations and bumps.
• Maintenance & Cleanliness: Regularly perform dust removal using dry compressed air to improve service life. Due to internal high voltage, do not open the casing.
• Storage Requirements: Store idle equipment in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate for at least half an hour before use.
• Load Testing: Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment once the power-on test is normal and error-free.
• Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation occurs, cut off the power switch immediately and verify all connections and control positions. Do not unscrew the casing or attempt repairs yourself due to high voltage. Seek professional technical assistance to resolve the issue safely.
