Product Instructions

1. Inspection: Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Any damage during transportation should be checked, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, whether the power cord and terminals are shaken off, or if they are damp. If any such issues occur, they should be handled in a timely manner.
2. Installation: The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm that the voltage of the input power supply matches the voltage indicated in the manual.
3. Cooling: The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the internal temperature exceeds the starting threshold, the fan will run. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Ensure that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked during operation.
4. Protection: When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working. Once the temperature drops, it will automatically resume work.
5. Environment: Avoid exposing the equipment to dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, bumps, rain, or direct sunlight.
6. Maintenance: Regularly carry out dust removal with dry compressed air to improve the service life and reliability of the equipment. Do not open the casing or touch internal components due to high internal voltage.
7. Storage: If the power equipment is idle for more than 6 months, store it in a dry, ventilated room and power it on for at least half an hour before use.
8. Warning: Only connect the load equipment after confirming the power-on test is normal and error-free.
9. Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation is found, turn off the power switch immediately. Check all external connections, screws, switches, and knobs. Do not attempt to open the casing or repair the unit yourself to avoid electric shock. Please notify technical support promptly to resolve the issue.
