Product Instructions

1. Pre-operation Check: Before powering on, inspect the switch power supply for any damage incurred during storage or transportation (e.g. loose screws, abnormal appearance, disconnected terminals or power cords, moisture). Resolve any issues immediately before use.
2. Input & Connection Setup: The built-in switch controls the auxiliary power inside the machine. For safety, install an air switch at the power input terminal. Properly connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the rear panel labels. Verify that the input voltage matches the specification manual.
3. Cooling Fan System: The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. It automatically starts once the internal temperature reaches the threshold. The speed adjusts based on the output voltage and current. Keep the air inlets and outlets completely unobstructed.
4. Overheating Protection: If the internal temperature exceeds the limit, the device shuts down automatically for self-protection. Once it cools down, normal operations will resume automatically.
5. Operating Environment: Avoid using the equipment in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, impact, rain, or direct sunlight.
6. Regular Cleaning: Clean the dust regularly to prolong service life. Use dry compressed air for cleaning. Warning: High voltage inside; do not open the casing or risk damaging internal components.
7. Storage Guidelines: If idle for an extended period, store it in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least 30 minutes.
8. Load Testing Warning: Only connect the power supply to the load equipment after completing normal, error-free power-on test runs.
9. Malfunction Handling: If operation seems abnormal, immediately turn off the switch, check all connections, and verify knob and switch positions. Do not unscrew the casing or attempt DIY repairs. Seek qualified technical support promptly to avoid electric shock hazards.
