Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken off power cords/terminals, or dampness. Address any issues promptly.
The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the rear panel label. Verify that the input voltage matches the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when internal temperatures exceed the threshold. Fan speed varies with the output voltage and current. Keep the fan inlets and outlets completely unblocked during operation.
When the machine's internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, it automatically stops working to prevent damage. It will restart automatically once the temperature drops.
Ensure that environmental dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances do not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight exposure.
Perform regular dust removal (e.g., using dry compressed air) to significantly improve service life and reliability. Due to internal high voltage, do not open the casing or damage internal components.
Store the equipment in a dry, ventilated room when idle for long periods. If stored for over 6 months, power on and run the device for at least half an hour.
Warning: Connect the power supply to load equipment only after the initial power-on test is normal and error-free.
Handling malfunctions: If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power supply immediately. Check internal/external connections for correctness and check for loose screws. Ensure all switches and knobs are in the correct positions. Do not disassemble the casing; high voltage is present inside. Please contact professional support promptly to resolve issues.
Yes. The system is equipped with full protective mechanisms to safeguard against overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, and short circuits.
Yes, reverse polarity protection can be added as an optional, customized feature.
No, the power supply should be used with excess capacity. Continuous operations are recommended at or below 80% of the maximum load capacity.
Yes, both voltage and current can be easily adjusted using the independent dual knobs on the unit.
Yes, this is a fully isolated power supply design to ensure safe operation.
The voltage regulation range starts from 1V, offering broad compatibility for different applications.
