1 Pre-power Inspection:
Before powering on, check the unit for any transit damage. Ensure all screws are tight, the appearance is normal, power cords and terminals are secure, and that the unit has not been exposed to moisture.
2 Safe Wiring:
The local power switch controls internal auxiliary power. For safety, install an external air switch at the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly as labeled on the rear panel. Verify input voltage matches manual requirements.
3 Cooling System:
The built-in cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts automatically when thresholds are reached. Fan speed varies based on output voltage and current. Keep the fan inlets and outlets clear of blockages.
4 Overheat Safety:
If internal temperatures reach the overheating limit, the machine will shut down automatically. Once cooled down, it will automatically restart.
5 Operating Environment:
Avoid using the unit in areas with excess dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, impact, rain, or direct sunlight.
6 Maintenance & Dusting:
Regularly clean out dust to improve service life and reliability. Dry compressed air can be used for dusting; do not open the casing as high voltage remains inside.
7 Storage Instructions:
Store the unit in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the unit for at least half an hour before use.
8 Load Warning:
Connect the powered load equipment only after the initial power-on test has run successfully and error-free.
9 Troubleshooting:
If abnormal operation occurs, switch off immediately. Check all external and internal connections for tightness, and ensure all knobs are in correct positions. Due to internal high voltage, do not attempt to open the casing or repair the unit yourself. Please notify technical support for assistance.
