  • 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as whether screws are loose, whether the appearance is abnormal, whether the power cord and terminals are shaken off, or if they are damp. If any of these occur, address them in a timely manner.
  • 2 The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm that the voltage of the input power supply matches the voltage indicated in the manual.
  • 3 The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. When the internal temperature exceeds the starting threshold, the fan will turn on. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Ensure that the inlet and outlet of the fan are not blocked during operation.
  • 4 When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working. Once the temperature drops to a safe level, it will automatically resume operation.
  • 5 Avoid using the equipment in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, bumps, rain, or direct sunlight.
  • 6 Regular dust removal is recommended to improve the service life and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal. Do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.
  • 7 If stored idle for more than 6 months, store the equipment in a dry, ventilated room and power it on for at least half an hour before use.
  • 8 Warning: Only connect to load equipment after the power-on test runs normally and error-free.
  • 9 In case of malfunction, immediately cut off the power switch. Check the internal and external connections for correctness and ensure all switches and knobs are correctly positioned. Due to high voltage, do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device without professional knowledge and equipment to avoid electric shock.
