Product Instructions
  1. Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords/terminals, or signs of dampness. If any issues are found, resolve them in a timely manner.
  2. The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm correct connection. Ensure the input power supply voltage matches the voltage indicated in the manual.
  3. The cooling fan is temperature controlled. The fan starts running when the internal machine temperature exceeds the starting threshold. The fan speed varies based on the output voltage and current, which is normal. Keep the inlet and outlet of the fan clear during operation.
  4. When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. Once the temperature drops to a safe level, it will automatically restart and resume operation.
  5. When operating the power equipment, ensure that dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the air do not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
  6. Regular dust removal is highly recommended to significantly improve the service life and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal. Note that high voltage is present inside; do not open the casing and handle with care to avoid damaging internal components.
  7. When the power equipment is idle for an extended period, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, the equipment should be powered on and operated for more than half an hour.
  8. Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
  9. Handling Malfunctions: If abnormal operation is observed after power-on, immediately cut off the power switch of the stabilized power supply. Carefully check the internal and external connections for correctness and verify that screws are tight. Ensure all switches and knobs are in the correct positions. Do not unscrew the casing or attempt repairs without professional knowledge due to high-voltage hazards. Please notify the service center promptly to resolve the issue.
