Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken-off power cords and terminals, or dampness. If any issues are found, they should be resolved in a timely manner.
2. Power Connection Safety
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm that they are connected correctly and verify if the input voltage matches the specification in the manual.
3. Temperature-Controlled Cooling
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. When the internal temperature exceeds the starting threshold, the fan will turn on. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current. Ensure the air inlets and outlets remain unblocked during operation.
4. Automatic Overheat Protection
When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop operating to prevent damage. Once the temperature drops to a safe level, it will automatically restart and resume operation.
5. Environmental Constraints
When utilizing this equipment, environmental dust, acid, or corrosive gases must not exceed normal levels. Direct exposure to severe vibration, impacts, rain, and direct sunlight should be avoided as much as possible.
6. Regular Maintenance
Regular dust removal significantly improves the service life and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for cleaning. Due to high internal voltage, do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.
7. Long-Term Storage
If the equipment remains idle for an extended period, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, the device should be powered on and operated for at least half an hour to maintain performance.
8. Operation Warning
Only connect the power supply to the load equipment after the initial power-on test runs normally and error-free.
9. Troubleshooting and Repairs
If abnormal operation occurs, shut off the power switch immediately. Check internal and external connections for correctness and ensure no screws are loose. Verify that all switches and knobs are positioned correctly. Due to the high voltage hazard inside the chassis, do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device without proper training. Please contact technical support promptly to resolve the issue.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Does the power supply have overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, or short circuit protection?
Yes, the power supply is designed with comprehensive built-in protection features, including overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, and short-circuit protection.
Can reverse protection be added to the unit?
Yes, reverse protection can be integrated as an optional feature for an additional cost.
Can it run at full power continuously for long periods?
It is not recommended to run at 100% capacity continuously. The power supply should be selected with a safety margin; operating under 80% load capacity is ideal for long-term continuous use.
How easy is it to adjust the voltage and current?
Adjustment is highly convenient. Both voltage and current can be easily adjusted using the dedicated dual knobs on the control panel.
Is this high-power power supply isolated?
Yes, this unit is a fully isolated power supply, ensuring high safety and system stability.
