Product Instructions

1. Transport & Damage Check Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Any damage during transportation should be checked, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, loose power cords/terminals, or dampness. Address these issues promptly.
2. Power Switch & Wiring The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the label on the rear panel. Verify input voltage matches the manual.
3. Temperature Controlled Cooling Fan The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the starting threshold. Fan speed varies with the output voltage and current. Ensure the inlet and outlet of the fan remain unblocked.
4. Overheating Protection If the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop to prevent damage. It will auto-restart once the temperature drops.
5. Environmental Requirements Avoid environments with high levels of dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances. Prevent severe vibrations, physical impacts, rain, and direct sunlight.
6. Maintenance & Dust Removal Regularly clean the dust to improve the service life and reliability of the power equipment. Use dry compressed air for dust removal. Do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.
7. Long-term Storage When idle, store in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least 30 minutes.
8. Load Connection warning Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
9. Troubleshooting & Safety If abnormal operation is found, cut off the power switch immediately. Check internal/external connections for looseness and ensure all switches and knobs are correctly positioned.
