Product Instructions

1. Inspection Prior to Power-On Before powering on, check the stored and transported switching power supply. Check for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, disconnected power cords/terminals, or dampness. Address any issues promptly.

2. Power Input Connection The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, please add an air switch at the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the rear panel label. Verify correct connections and ensure the input voltage matches the manual.

3. Temperature-Controlled Cooling The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. It starts when the internal temperature exceeds the control threshold. The speed varies with output voltage and current. Keep the fan inlet and outlet clear during operation.

4. Overheating Protection If the internal temperature reaches the shutdown threshold, the machine stops automatically to prevent damage. It will automatically resume operation once the temperature drops.

5. Operating Environment Avoid environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases/substances, severe vibration, impacts, rain, or direct sunlight.

6. Regular Dust Removal Regular dust removal improves the service life and reliability. Use dry compressed air for dust removal. Do not open the casing or damage internal components.

7. Long-Term Storage Store in a dry, ventilated room. If idle for over 6 months, power on and operate the equipment for at least half an hour.

8. Safe Operation Only connect the powered load equipment after a normal, error-free power-on test.

9. Troubleshooting & Safety Warnings If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the stabilized power supply immediately. Check connections and settings. Do not unscrew or remove the casing without authorization. Due to high internal voltage, self-repair without professional knowledge is prohibited. Contact support promptly to resolve issues.
