1. Pre-Power Check
Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. The damage during transportation should be checked, such as whether the screws are loose, whether the appearance is abnormal, whether the power cord and terminal are shaken off, and whether they are damp. If any abnormal phenomenon occurs, it should be dealt with in a timely manner.
2. Power Connection & Safety
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm that they are connected correctly. Pay attention to whether the voltage of the input power supply connected is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
3. Cooling System
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting temperature control point of the fan, the fan will start. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is normal. When working, please make sure not to block the inlet and outlet of the fan.
4. Overheating Protection
When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to ensure that it is not damaged. When the temperature drops slightly, it will automatically start to resume work.
5. Operating Environment
When using power equipment, the dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances in the air should not exceed normal levels. Severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight should be avoided as much as possible.
6. Regular Dust Removal
It is best to regularly carry out dust removal work, which can greatly improve the service life and reliability of power equipment (dry compressed air can be used for dust removal, but there is high pressure inside; do not open the casing and be careful not to damage internal components).
7. Idle Storage
When the power equipment is idle for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated room. If the storage time exceeds 6 months, the power supply equipment should be powered on and operated for more than half an hour.
8. Warning
Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
9. Malfunction Handling
If abnormal operation is found after turning on the machine, the power switch of the stabilized power supply should be cut off immediately. Carefully check the internal and external connections of the machine for correctness, and ensure the connecting screws are not loose. Verify that all switches and knobs are in the correct position. If there are problems that are difficult to handle, do not unscrew the screws and remove the casing without authorization. Due to high voltage hazards, do not repair it yourself without professional knowledge and equipment. Please notify customer support promptly to resolve the issue.
