• Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken off power cords/terminals, or dampness. Address any issues promptly.
• The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the rear panel labels to confirm correct connection. Verify the input voltage matches the manual guidelines.
• The cooling fan is temperature controlled. It starts when the internal temperature exceeds the starting threshold. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is normal. Ensure the inlet and outlet of the fan are not blocked.
• When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working. Once the temperature drops, it will automatically resume operation.
• When operating the equipment, prevent dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the air from exceeding normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
• It is recommended to carry out dust removal work regularly to improve service life and reliability. Dry compressed air can be used for cleaning. (Warning: high pressure inside, do not open the casing and be careful not to damage internal components).
• When idle for a long time, store the equipment in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, power on and operate the unit for more than half an hour.
• Warning: Connect to the powered load equipment only when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
• Handling malfunctions: If abnormal operation occurs, cut off the power switch immediately. Check internal and external connections, screws, switches, and knobs. Do not unscrew the casing or attempt to repair it yourself without professional knowledge due to high internal voltages. Please notify professional technical support promptly to resolve the issue.
