1. Initial Inspection
Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, loose power cords/terminals, or dampness. Address any of these issues promptly.
2. Power Connection
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, install an air switch at the power input terminal to control power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the labels on the rear panel. Verify that the input power supply voltage matches the specifications in the manual.
3. Cooling System
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the activation threshold. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Keep the air inlets and outlets clear during operation.
4. Overheat Shutdown Protection
If the internal temperature reaches the overheat threshold, the machine will automatically shutdown to protect the components. It will automatically restart once the temperature cools down.
5. Operating Environment
Avoid using the equipment in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, impact, rain, or direct sunlight.
6. Regular Dust Removal
Regularly remove dust to extend service life and improve reliability. Use dry compressed air for cleaning. Do not open the casing as high voltage is present inside. Take care not to damage internal components.
7. Long-term Storage
When idle for long periods, store the power supply in a dry, well-ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least 30 minutes.
8. Power-On Testing Warning
Only connect to the load equipment after the initial power-on test is confirmed normal and error-free.
