  • 1 Before powering on, inspect the stored and transported switching power supply. Check for any damage during transit, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, disconnected or unstable power cords and terminals, or dampness. If any of these issues are found, resolve them promptly.
  • 2 The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel, confirming correct connection. Verify that the input power supply voltage matches the voltage indicated in the manual.
  • 3 The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. When the internal temperature of the machine exceeds the activation threshold, the fan will start. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current under normal operation. Ensure the inlet and outlet of the fan remain unblocked during operation.
  • 4 When the internal temperature of the machine reaches the overheat shutdown threshold, the machine will automatically stop operating to prevent damage. Once the temperature drops sufficiently, it will automatically restart and resume operation.
  • 5 When using the power equipment, ensure that dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the air do not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, impacts, rain exposure, and direct sunlight.
  • 6 Regular dust removal is recommended to significantly improve the service life and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for cleaning. Due to high internal voltage, do not open the casing and ensure internal components are not damaged.
  • 7 When the power equipment is idle for an extended period, store it in a dry and ventilated environment. If stored for more than 6 months, the equipment should be powered on and operated for over half an hour.
  • 8 Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment once the power-on test is normal and error-free.
  • 9 Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation is detected after startup, shut off the power switch immediately. Carefully check all internal and external connections for correctness and ensure screws are secure. Verify that all switches and knobs are positioned correctly. For complex issues, do not unscrew the casing or attempt unauthorized repairs due to high internal voltages. Please notify technical support promptly to resolve the issue.
