  • 1 Before powering on, inspect the device for potential shipping damage such as loose screws, abnormal housing structure, or loose connection terminals. If any moisture or issues are present, resolve them before operating.
  • 2 The built-in power switch controls the auxiliary circuitry. For safety, install an air switch at the power input terminal. Ensure correct ground and input line connections as indicated on the rear panel. Check if the local input voltage is compatible with the device.
  • 3 The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts automatically when the internal heat reaches the threshold. Fan speed changes depending on load output, which is normal. Keep the air inlets and outlets completely unobstructed.
  • 4 If internal heat exceeds the safety threshold, the system triggers automatic shutdown protection. The device automatically resumes normal operations once temperature levels cool down.
  • 5 Ensure the working space is free of extreme dust, acidic or corrosive fumes, heavy vibration, rain, or direct sunlight.
  • 6 Regular maintenance dust removal prolongs working lifespan. Use dry compressed air for internal cleaning, but avoid opening the housing to avoid electrical risks.
  • 7 If kept idle for more than 6 months, store in a dry, ventilated area. Run the power supply for at least 30 minutes before regular usage.
  • 8 Warning: Ensure the power on test is normal and free of errors before connecting any load equipment.
