Product Instructions

1. Pre-Power Check
Check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords or terminals, or dampness. Address any issues promptly.
2. Power Connection
The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the rear panel label. Verify that the input voltage matches the manual instructions.
3. Temperature Control Fan
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when internal temperatures exceed the control threshold. Fan speed adjusts dynamically based on output voltage and current. Keep the inlet and outlet clear during operation.
4. Overheat Safety Shutdown
If internal temperatures reach the safety threshold, the machine will shut down automatically to prevent damage. It will resume operation automatically once the temperature drops.
5. Operating Environment
Avoid environments with abnormal levels of dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, impact, rain, or direct sunlight.
6. Regular Dust Removal
Regularly clean the dust to extend the service life and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used. Do not open the casing to avoid high voltage hazards or damaging internal components.
7. Long-Term Storage
Store the idle equipment in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least 30 minutes.
8. Load Warning
Only connect the load equipment after the power-on self-test runs successfully without errors.
9. Malfunctions Handling
If abnormal operation occurs, shut off the power immediately. Check all connections, screws, switches, and knobs. If the issue persists, do not open the casing or attempt repairs without professional knowledge due to high internal voltages. Contact technical support promptly.
