  • 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for damage during transportation, such as whether screws are loose, appearance is abnormal, power cord and terminal are shaken off, or if they are damp. If any such phenomenon is observed, it should be addressed immediately.
  • 2 The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm correct connections. Ensure the voltage of the input power supply matches the voltage indicated in the manual.
  • 3 The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the internal temperature exceeds the starting threshold of the temperature control system, the fan will start. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current under normal operation. When working, make sure the inlet and outlet of the fan are not blocked.
  • 4 When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. When the temperature drops, it will automatically resume work.
  • 5 When operating the equipment, ensure the concentration of dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the air is kept within normal limits. Avoid severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
  • 6 It is recommended to carry out dust removal work regularly, which can greatly improve the service life and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal. Note: Do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components as high voltage exists inside.
  • 7 When the equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, the equipment should be powered on and operated for more than half an hour.
  • 8 Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment once the power-on test is normal and error-free.
  • 9 Handling of Malfunctions: If abnormal operation occurs after turning on the machine, cut off the power switch of the stabilized power supply. Carefully check the internal and external connections for correctness and ensure screws are secure. Verify all switches and knobs are in the correct position. If there are issues that are difficult to resolve, do not remove the casing or attempt self-repair without professional knowledge to avoid electric shock.
