Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Any damage during transportation should be checked, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, power cord or terminal shaking, and dampness. Address any of these issues in a timely manner.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the rear panel labels. Confirm the input voltage matches the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. It starts when the temperature inside exceeds the start threshold. The speed varies with output voltage and current. Keep the fan inlet and outlet clear of obstructions during operation.
If the internal temperature reaches the overheat threshold, the machine will shut down automatically. Once the temperature drops to a safe level, it will automatically resume operation.
Avoid exposing the equipment to excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases/substances, severe vibration, bumps, rain, or direct sunlight.
Regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) can significantly improve service life and reliability. Do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal high-voltage components.
When idle for long periods, store the unit in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least 30 minutes.
Warning: Only connect your load equipment to the power supply once the power-on self-test has run successfully and error-free.
Malfunction Handling: If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power immediately. Check the external connections for errors and screws for looseness. Ensure knobs are in the correct positions. Do not disassemble or attempt repairs yourself due to internal high voltage. Seek authorized technical support promptly.
