Product Instructions

1 Pre-Operation Inspection
Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken-off power cords/terminals, or dampness. Deal with these issues in a timely manner.
2 Input Power Connection & Safety
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm that the voltage of the input power supply matches the instruction manual.
3 Cooling Fan Operation
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting threshold, the fan will start. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Make sure not to block the inlet and outlet of the fan.
4 Overheat Protection
When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. When the temperature drops, it will automatically resume work.
5 Operating Environment
Keep the operation environment clean. Dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the air should not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
6 Regular Maintenance & Dust Removal
Regular dust removal can greatly improve the service life and reliability of the power equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal. High voltage is present inside; do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.
7 Long-Term Storage
When the equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If the storage time exceeds 6 months, the power supply equipment should be powered on and operated for more than half an hour.
8 Load Connection
Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
9 Malfunctions & Troubleshooting
If abnormal operation is found after starting, cut off the power switch immediately. Carefully check all internal and external connections, screws, switches, and knobs. Do not disassemble the casing without professional knowledge and equipment due to the presence of high voltage. Please contact professional support promptly to resolve the issue.
