Check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for transportation damage, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, loose power cord or terminals, and dampness. Handle any issues promptly.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply. For safety, please install an air switch at the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the rear panel label.
The cooling fan is temperature controlled and starts when internal temperature exceeds the limit. Speed varies with voltage and current. Keep the fan inlets and outlets clear.
When the internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine stops working automatically to prevent damage, resuming when the temperature drops.
Avoid dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances, severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight during operation.
Regularly clean the dust to improve service life and reliability. Use dry compressed air for dust removal. Do not open the casing without authorization.
Store in a dry, ventilated room when idle. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the equipment for at least 30 minutes.
Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
Malfunction Handling: If abnormal operation is found, cut off the stabilized power supply switch. Check internal and external connections for correctness and tighten any loose screws. Due to high voltage, do not attempt to repair the equipment yourself without professional knowledge. Please contact the factory immediately to resolve issues.
