  Before powering on, inspect the stored and transported switch power supply. Verify there is no damage from transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, dislodged power cord/terminals, or signs of dampness. Deal with any issues in a timely manner.

  The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm the input power supply matches the voltage indicated in the manual.

  The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and will start running when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current. Keep the fan inlets and outlets unobstructed.

  If the internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine will stop working automatically to prevent damage. It will resume operation automatically once the temperature drops.

  Avoid exposing the power supply to direct sunlight, rain, severe vibration, bumps, or excessive atmospheric dust, acid, and corrosive gases.

  Perform regular dust removal (e.g., using dry compressed air) to improve the lifetime and reliability of the equipment. Do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal high-voltage components.

  When idle for extended periods, store the unit in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the supply for at least half an hour before use.

  Warning: Only connect the device to a powered load after the power-on test runs normally and error-free.

  Malfunctions & Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the stabilized power supply immediately. Check the correctness of all internal and external connections, tighten loose screws, and ensure all switches and knobs are positioned correctly. Because of the high voltage inside the unit, do not repair it without professional knowledge to avoid electric shock.
