Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords/terminals, or moisture. Address these issues promptly if found.
The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, add an air switch to the power input terminal to control power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the rear panel label. Verify that the input voltage matches the manual specification.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. The fan speed adjusts dynamically based on the output voltage and current. Keep the fan inlet and outlet clear during operation.
When the internal temperature reaches the overheat shutdown threshold, the machine will auto-stop to prevent damage. It will automatically restart once the temperature drops.
Ensure the operating environment contains normal levels of dust, acid, or corrosive gases. Avoid severe vibration, impacts, rain, and direct sunlight exposure.
Regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) is recommended to extend service life and reliability. Do not open the casing to avoid high-voltage hazards and internal component damage.
Store in a dry, ventilated room if idle for a long time. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least 30 minutes before actual use.
Warning: Only connect the powered load equipment after verifying that the power-on test is normal and error-free.
Malfunction Handling: If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power supply immediately. Check internal/external connections for tightness and verify if all switches and knobs are positioned correctly. Do not open the casing or attempt repairs without professional knowledge due to high-voltage risks.
A: Yes, the power supply features built-in protection functions for overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and short circuits.
