Step 01: Pre-Power Inspection

Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Any damage during transportation should be checked, such as whether screws are loose, whether the appearance is abnormal, whether the power cord and terminals are shaken off, and whether they are damp. If any issues are found, they should be addressed in a timely manner.

Step 02: Auxiliary Power Control

The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm they are connected correctly. Verify that the input voltage matches the manual specifications.

Step 03: Cooling Fan Management

The cooling fan is temperature controlled and starts running when the internal temperature exceeds the starting threshold. Fan speed varies with the output voltage and current under normal conditions. Do not block the air inlet and outlet vents during operation.

Step 04: Overheating Protection

When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. Once the temperature drops to a safe level, it will automatically restart and resume operation.

Step 05: Environmental Requirements

During operation, dust, acid, corrosive gases, or airborne substances should remain within normal levels. Avoid placing the equipment in environments with severe vibration, impact, rain, or direct sunlight.

Step 06: Regular Maintenance

Regular dust removal can greatly improve the lifespan and reliability of the power equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for cleaning. Due to high internal voltage, do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.

Step 07: Long-term Storage

When stored idle for extended periods, place the equipment in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least half an hour before use.

Step 08: Load Connection Warning

Only connect to the powered load equipment when the initial power-on test is normal, stable, and error-free.

Step 09: Malfunction Handling
