Product Instructions

  • 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, disconnected terminals/cords, or dampness. Address any of these issues immediately.
  • 2 The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm that they are connected correctly and verify that the input voltage matches the manual.
  • 3 The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the internal temperature exceeds the starting threshold, the fan will automatically start. The fan speed varies based on output voltage and current. Keep the air inlets and outlets completely clear at all times.
  • 4 When the temperature inside the machine reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. Once the temperature drops to a safe level, it will automatically resume operation.
  • 5 Avoid operating the equipment in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, rain, or direct sunlight.
  • 6 Regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) can greatly extend the service life and reliability of the equipment. Due to internal high voltage, do not open the casing to prevent damage to components.
  • 7 When idle for long periods, store the equipment in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least half an hour.
  • 8 Warning: Only connect the powered load equipment after the initial power-on test is normal and error-free.
  • 9 Troubleshooting: If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power supply immediately. Check the internal and external connections, screws, switches, and knobs for accuracy. Due to high internal voltages, do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device without proper training and equipment.
