  • 1 Pre-power Inspection
    Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, dislodged power cords and terminals, or moisture. If detected, address them immediately.
  • 2 Connection & Safety
    The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the rear panel label. Confirm the connected input voltage matches the voltage specified in the manual.
  • 3 Cooling Fan Operation
    The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the activation threshold, the fan starts. Speed varies with output voltage and current. Keep the fan inlet and outlet clear of obstructions.
  • 4 Overheat Protection
    If the internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine stops automatically to prevent damage. It will resume operation automatically once the temperature cools down.
  • 5 Operating Environment
    Ensure the operating atmosphere is free of excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances. Avoid severe vibrations, impacts, rain, and direct sunlight.
  • 6 Regular Maintenance
    Regularly clean the dust inside the unit to extend its lifespan and reliability. You can use dry compressed air for dust removal. Do not open the casing to prevent high-voltage hazards and internal component damage.
  • 7 Long-Term Storage
    Store the equipment in a dry, ventilated room when idle. If stored for more than 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least half an hour to maintain its operational integrity.
  • 8 Powered Load Connection
    Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment after verification that the power-on test is normal and error-free.
  • 9 Malfunction Handling
    If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power supply immediately. Check the correctness of internal/external connections and tighten any loose screws.
