Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Any damage during transportation should be checked, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, loose power cords/terminals, or dampness. Address any issues promptly.
The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power. For safety, install an air switch at the input terminal. Connect the ground and input power wires based on the rear panel label. Verify that the input voltage matches the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. Fan speed varies with the output. Do not block the fan inlet and outlet.
If the internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine stops automatically to prevent damage and resumes when the temperature drops.
Ensure dust, acid, or corrosive gases in the air do not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
Regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) improves the lifespan and reliability. Do not open the casing without authorization due to internal high voltage.
When storing the equipment for a long time, use a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the unit for more than 30 minutes.
Warning: Only connect powered load equipment after a normal, error-free power-on test.
Malfunction Handling: If abnormal operation occurs, cut off the power switch immediately. Check internal and external connections, screws, switches, and knobs. Do not disassemble the casing yourself. Please contact support promptly.
