1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Any damage during transportation should be verified, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, whether the power cord and terminal are shaken off, and if they are damp. If any of these conditions occur, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.
2 The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm that they are connected correctly. Pay attention to whether the voltage of the input power supply connected is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
3 The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting temperature control point of the fan, the fan will start. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is normal. When working, make sure not to block the inlet and outlet of the fan.
4 When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to ensure that it is not damaged. When the temperature drops slightly, it will automatically restart to resume work.
5 When using power equipment, dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the air should not exceed normal levels, and severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight should be avoided as much as possible.
6 It is best to regularly carry out dust removal work, which can greatly improve the service life and reliability of power equipment (dry compressed air can be used for dust removal, but there is high pressure inside. Do not open the casing and be careful not to damage internal components).
7 When the power equipment is idle for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated room. If the storage time exceeds 6 months, the power supply equipment should be powered on and operated for more than half an hour.
8 Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power on test is normal and error free.
9 Handling of malfunctions and problems: If abnormal operation is found after turning on the machine, the power switch of the stabilized power supply should be cut off immediately. Carefully check all internal and external connections for correctness, ensure the connecting screws are not loose, and confirm that all switches and knobs are in the correct position. If there are problems that are difficult to handle, do not unscrew the casing without authorization. Due to the high voltage inside, do not attempt to repair it yourself without professional knowledge and equipment to avoid electric shock. Please notify support promptly to resolve the issue.
