Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as whether screws are loose, whether the appearance is abnormal, whether the power cord and terminal are shaken off, and whether they are damp. If any of the above situations occur, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm correct connection. Pay attention to whether the connected input voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the start point, the fan will turn on. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is normal. When working, make sure not to block the inlet and outlet of the fan.
When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. When the temperature drops, it will automatically restart and resume operation.
When using this equipment, the dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances in the air should not exceed normal levels. Severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight should be avoided.
It is best to regularly carry out dust removal work to improve service life and reliability (dry compressed air can be used for dust removal, but do not open the casing as high pressure is present inside).
When the power equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the equipment for more than half an hour before use.
Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment after the power-on test is normal and error-free.
Handling of Malfunctions: If abnormal operation occurs, cut off the power switch immediately. Check if external and internal connections are correct and tight, and if all switches and knobs are in the right position. Do not unscrew the casing without authorization due to high voltage risks.
