  Before powering on, inspect the stored and transported switching power supply. Check for any damage during transit, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, dislodged power cords/terminals, or signs of dampness. Address any issues promptly.

  The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, please add an external air switch to the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the labels on the rear panel. Confirm the input supply voltage matches the voltage specified in the manual.

  The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and will start automatically when the internal temperature exceeds the set threshold. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Ensure the air inlet and outlet vents are never blocked during operation.

  If the internal temperature reaches the overheat protection shutdown threshold, the machine will stop operating to prevent damage. It will automatically restart once the temperature cools down.

  When operating this power equipment, ensure the surrounding air does not contain excessive dust, acid, or corrosive gases. Avoid exposure to severe vibrations, impacts, rain, and direct sunlight.

  Regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) is highly recommended to improve the lifespan and reliability of the equipment. WARNING: High voltage is present inside; do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.

  Store the equipment in a dry, well-ventilated room if it is to be idle for a long period. If stored for over 6 months, run the power supply for at least half an hour before actual application.

  Warning: Only connect load equipment to the power supply after performing a successful, error-free initial power-on test.

  Malfunction Handling: If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power supply immediately. Check all external connections and screws for tightness, and ensure all switches and knobs are positioned correctly. High voltage is present inside; do not attempt unauthorized disassembly or self-repair without professional knowledge. Contact technical support immediately to resolve the issue.
