1. Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords or terminals, and dampness. Address any issues immediately.
2. The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the rear panel label. Confirm connection voltage matches manual specifications.
3. The cooling fan is temperature controlled. It starts when internal temperature exceeds the control point. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Ensure the inlet and outlet of the fan remain unblocked.
4. If internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop. It resumes automatically when the temperature drops.
5. Keep the equipment clear of excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
6. Perform regular dust removal (dry compressed air is recommended) to improve service life and reliability. Do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal high-voltage components.
7. When idle for long periods, store the unit in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the supply for more than half an hour.
8. Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment after verifying a normal, error-free power-on test.
9. Malfunction Handling: If abnormal operation occurs, cut off the power switch immediately. Check all external and internal connections for tightness and verify knob positions.
