Product Instructions
1 Initial Inspection
Before powering on, check the switch power supply for any damage incurred during storage or transportation. Check if screws are loose, if the appearance is abnormal, if the power cord and terminals are shaken off, and if the equipment has been exposed to dampness. Address any of these issues promptly.
2 Power & Ground Connections
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, install an air switch at the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the labels on the rear panel. Verify that the input voltage matches the voltage specified in this manual.
3 Temperature-Controlled Cooling Fan
The cooling fan is temperature controlled and starts once the internal temperature reaches the preset threshold. The fan speed adjusts dynamically based on the output voltage and current. Keep the fan inlets and outlets completely clear when operational.
4 Overheat Protection System
When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheat shutdown, the machine will shut down automatically to prevent damage. Operation will automatically resume once the temperature decreases to safe levels.
5 Operating Environment Settings
When using power equipment, ensure that airborne dust, acid, or corrosive gases do not exceed normal levels. Protect the device from direct sunlight, severe vibration, bumps, and rain.
6 Routine Maintenance
Perform regular dust removal to extend the lifetime and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for cleaning. Warning: High voltage is present inside. Do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.
7 Long-Term Storage Instructions
Keep idle equipment stored in a dry, well-ventilated room. If stored for more than six months, power on the device and run it for at least 30 minutes before usage.
8 Load Connection Precaution
Only connect load equipment to the power supply after verifying that the initial power-on test is normal and free of errors.
9 Malfunction & Troubleshooting
If abnormalities occur after startup, shut down the stabilized power supply immediately. Check the internal and external connections, ensuring all screws are tight and control settings are set correctly. Because high voltage remains inside the unit, do not disassemble the casing or attempt self-repairs without professional certification. Please notify professional support promptly to resolve the issue.
Frequently Asked Questions

Is there overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, or short circuit protection?

Yes, the power supply is fully equipped with overcurrent, overvoltage, overheat, and short circuit protection systems.

Is reverse protection available?

Yes, reverse protection can be configured as an option at an additional cost.

Can this power supply operate at full power continuously?

No. For long-term continuous operation, the system needs to run below 80% capacity to ensure proper safety and performance headroom.

How easily can the voltage and current be adjusted?

Adjustments are very convenient. The system features dual knobs that allow precise adjustment of both current and voltage settings.

Is the high-power power supply system isolated?

Yes, our systems are built with fully isolated power supply designs for enhanced safety.

What is the minimum voltage regulation range?

The regulation control starts from a minimum threshold of 1V.
