Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken off power cord and terminals, or dampness. Address any issue promptly.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm that they are connected correctly. Pay attention to whether the voltage of the input power supply connected is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting temperature control point of the fan, the fan can start. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is a normal situation. When working, please make sure not to block the inlet and outlet of the fan.
When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to ensure that it is not damaged. When the temperature drops slightly, it will automatically start to resume work.
When using power equipment, the dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances in the air should not exceed normal levels, and severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight should be avoided as much as possible.
It is best to regularly carry out dust removal work to improve the service life and reliability of the power equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal, but note that there is high pressure inside. Do not open the casing without authorization and avoid damaging internal components.
When the power equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, power on and operate the equipment for over half an hour before use.
Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
Handling of malfunctions and problems: If abnormal operation is found after turning on the machine, cut off the power switch of the stabilized power supply immediately, check all internal and external connections, tighten loose screws, and ensure all switches and knobs are in the correct position. Due to high voltage, do not open the casing or repair without professional guidance.
