Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Any damage during transportation should be examined, such as whether screws are loose, appearance is abnormal, power cord and terminals are shaken off, and if they are damp. If any issues are found, handle them timely.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Verify the connected input voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the thresholds. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Keep the inlet and outlet of the fan clear during operation.
When the internal temperature reaches the overheat shutdown threshold, the machine will automatically stop working. Once the temperature drops, it will automatically resume operation.
Avoid operating in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, bumps, rain, or direct sunlight.
Regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) improves the lifespan and reliability of the equipment. Do not open the casing unless qualified, as high voltage is present inside.
If the equipment is idle for more than 6 months, store it in a dry, ventilated room and power it on for at least 30 minutes before usage.
Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment after verification that the power-on test is normal and error-free.
Malfunction handling: Cut off the power switch immediately in case of anomalies. Check connections and ensure knobs are in correct positions. Due to internal high voltage, do not attempt to self-repair without professional training. Please notify technical support promptly to resolve the issue.
