Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any transport damage, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords/terminals, or signs of dampness. Address these issues timely if found.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the rear panel labels. Confirm the input power supply matches the indicated manual voltage.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when the internal machine temperature exceeds the target control threshold. The fan speed varies with output voltage and current. Keep the inlet and outlet of the fan clear at all times.
When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop. Once the temperature drops to a safe level, it will automatically resume normal operations.
Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, direct sunlight, and environmental conditions where dust, acid, or corrosive gases exceed normal ambient levels.
Regularly carry out dust removal work to improve service life and reliability. Use dry compressed air for dust removal. Do not open the casing or risk damaging internal components due to internal high voltage.
When idle for long periods, store the equipment in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, power on and operate the supply for more than half an hour before use.
Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment once the power-on self-test runs normally and without error.
If abnormal operation occurs, cut off the power switch immediately. Check internal and external connection security, screw tightness, and knob positioning. If the issues persist, do not open the casing. Contact professional technical support promptly to avoid risk of high-voltage shock.
Yes, all of these safety protection mechanisms are fully integrated into the system.
Yes, reverse polarity protection can be custom added upon request with an additional configuration charge.
No, we recommend running the power supply within 80% of its rated capacity for continuous long-term operations to preserve system health.
It is very convenient. Both output parameters can be adjusted directly using the dual knobs on the control panel.
Yes, our high-power power supplies are designed with complete electrical isolation.
The output voltage regulation range begins starting from 1V.
