Product Instructions
Step 1
Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Verify that there is no damage during transportation, check if screws are loose, the appearance is normal, power cords or terminals are not shaken off, and that the unit is not damp. Address any issues promptly.
Step 2
The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power. For safety, install an external air switch at the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the back panel label. Verify that the input voltage matches the manual specifications.
Step 3
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. It starts running when the internal temperature reaches the start threshold. The speed adjusts based on the output voltage and current. Keep the air inlets and outlets unobstructed.
Step 4
When the internal temperature reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine stops automatically to prevent damage. It will resume operation once the temperature cools down.
Step 5
Avoid operating in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, direct rainfall, or prolonged direct sunlight.
Step 6
Perform regular dust removal to extend the lifetime and reliability of the equipment. Clean dust using dry compressed air. Do not open the casing to prevent damaging internal components.
Step 7
If stored idle for over 6 months, keep the unit in a dry, ventilated room and power it on for at least 30 minutes before usage.
Step 8
Warning: Connect load equipment only after the initial power-on test functions normally without errors.
Step 9
Troubleshooting: If the machine operates abnormally, cut off the main switch immediately. Check the correctness of all external connections, screws, and knob settings. Due to high internal voltage, do not open the casing or self-repair without professional equipment and qualifications. Contact technical support promptly for assistance.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is there overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, or short circuit protection?
Yes, the unit features full protection mechanisms including overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and short-circuit protection.
Is reverse protection supported?
Yes, reverse protection can be implemented as an optional configuration.
Can the power supply run at full load continuously?
No, for long-term continuous operation, it is recommended to run the power supply at or below 80% of its maximum rated capacity to ensure longevity.
How are the output voltage and current adjusted?
Voltage and current can be easily adjusted manually via the dual knob controls on the front panel.
Is this power supply isolated?
Yes, our high-power power supplies are design-engineered to be fully isolated.
What is the voltage regulation starting point?
The voltage regulation starts from 1V.
