Before powering on, inspect the device for transportation damage, loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken terminals, or dampness. Address any issue immediately.
For safety, add an air switch to the power input terminal. Properly connect the ground wire and input power wire. Ensure input voltage matches manual specs.
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts automatically when necessary. Do not block the air inlet and outlet when the device is operating.
If the temperature reaches the overheat threshold, the device automatically shuts down and will resume operation once cooled down.
Operate in environments with normal dust levels, minimal corrosive gases, no severe vibrations, and direct sunlight/rain exposure avoided.
Perform regular dust removal (using dry compressed air) to extend product life. Do not open the casing during cleaning due to internal high voltage.
Store in a dry, ventilated room. If idle for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least 30 minutes before actual deployment.
Warning: Connect the power supply to the powered load equipment only after the initial power-on test runs successfully without errors.
For malfunctions, turn off the power. Check connections and switches. Do not disassemble without professional tools. Please contact support promptly.
