Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage incurred during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, detached power cords or terminals, and dampness. Address any issues promptly.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm correct connections. Ensure that the input power voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting threshold, the fan will automatically activate. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current under normal conditions. Do not block the air inlet and outlet during operation.
When the internal temperature of the machine reaches the overheat threshold, the device will automatically stop operating to prevent damage. It will automatically resume operation when the temperature drops to a safe level.
During operation, dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances in the air must not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
Regular cleaning and dust removal will significantly improve the service life and reliability of the power equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal. Do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components, as high voltage is present inside.
When the power equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If storage exceeds 6 months, the equipment should be powered on and run for at least half an hour.
Warning: Connect the powered load equipment only after the initial power-on test is confirmed to be normal and error-free.
If abnormal operation occurs after startup, turn off the power switch of the stabilized power supply immediately. Carefully check all internal and external connections for correctness and ensure screws are secure. Verify if all switches and knobs are in the correct positions. Do not unscrew the casing without authorization due to high voltage risks inside. Contact technical support promptly to resolve issues.
