Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken-off power cords/terminals, or dampness. If observed, address them in a timely manner.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the labels on the rear panel. Confirm the input power matches the manual specifications.
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. The fan starts running when the internal temperature exceeds the starter threshold. Fan speed dynamically adjusts based on output voltage and current. Keep the air inlets and outlets clear during operation.
When the internal temperature reaches the overheat threshold, the device automatically triggers a shutdown protection. The system will automatically resume working after cooling down to a safe temperature level.
Ensure the operating environment is free of excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, impact, rain, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
Regular dust removal is highly recommended to improve the service life and reliability. Dry compressed air can be used for cleaning. Warning: High voltage is present inside the housing. Do not open the casing or damage internal components.
If the power supply is kept idle for a prolonged period, store it in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power it on and run it without load for at least half an hour.
Warning: Only connect load equipment to the power supply once the power-on self-test has run normally and error-free.
Malfunction Handling: If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power supply immediately. Check the external and internal connections, verify screws are tight, and ensure all switches/knobs are in correct positions. High voltages reside inside; do not attempt unauthorized disassembly or DIY repairs. Please notify technical support promptly to resolve the issue.
Is there overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, or short circuit protection?
Yes, the power supply is designed with built-in protection parameters for overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and short circuits.
Is there reverse protection?
Yes, reverse protection can be configured as an option with custom adjustments.
Can it be used at full power for a long time?
No, it is advised to operate the unit with excess capacity headroom. Long-term continuous use is recommended to be maintained under 80% of rated capacity.
Is it convenient to adjust voltage and current?
Yes, adjustment is highly convenient and user-friendly through the dual-knob controls.
Is the high-power power supply isolated?
Yes, the systems are designed and manufactured with a fully isolated circuit setup.
What is the starting voltage regulation range?
The output voltage regulation starts from a baseline of 1V.
