Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken-off power cords and terminals, or dampness. Address any such issues promptly.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm that the input voltage matches the voltage indicated in the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature controlled and starts running when internal temperature exceeds the threshold. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current. Ensure the fan's inlet and outlet are never blocked during operation.
When the internal temperature reaches the overheat shutdown threshold, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. It will automatically resume operation once the temperature drops.
Avoid using the equipment in environments with excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, direct impacts, rain, or direct sunlight.
Regularly remove dust to extend the service life and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used, but do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components due to internal high voltage.
When idle for long periods, store the power supply in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the device for at least half an hour before use.
Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
Handling Malfunctions: If abnormal operation occurs, cut off the power switch immediately. Check all internal and external connections, screws, switches, and knobs. Do not open the casing or attempt to repair the unit yourself due to high voltage risks. Contact professional technical support promptly for assistance.
