• 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken off terminal cables, or dampness. Deal with any issues in a timely manner.
• 2 The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm the input voltage is consistent with the manual.
• 3 The cooling fan is temperature controlled. The fan starts when the internal temperature exceeds the temperature control threshold. The speed varies with the output voltage and current. Keep the inlet and outlet of the fan unblocked.
• 4 When the temperature inside the machine reaches the overheating shutdown threshold, the machine will automatically stop working. Once the temperature drops, it will automatically resume work.
• 5 Ensure the working environment does not have excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, bumps, rain, or direct sunlight.
• 6 Perform regular dust removal (dry compressed air can be used) to improve service life. Due to internal high pressure, do not open the casing without authorization.
• 7 When idle for a long time, store the unit in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, power on and operate the unit for over half an hour before use.
• 8 Warning: Only connect to load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
• 9 Malfunctions & Repairs: If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power immediately. Check internal and external connections, screws, and knobs. Do not unscrew the casing yourself as high voltage is present.
