Product Instructions & Safety Guidelines

1 Pre-Operation Inspection
Before powering on, check the switch power supply for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, loose power cords, or moisture. If any issues are found, handle them promptly.
2 Power & Grounding Connection
The power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the rear panel label. Confirm that the input voltage matches the voltage specified in the manual.
3 Cooling Fan & Temperature Control
The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts automatically when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. Fan speed varies with the output voltage and current. Ensure the inlet and outlet of the fan remain unblocked.
4 Overheat Protection
When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will stop working automatically to prevent damage. It will resume operation automatically once the temperature drops.
5 Operating Environment
Keep the equipment away from high levels of dust, acid, corrosive gases, direct sunlight, severe vibration, bumps, or rain.
6 Regular Dust Removal
Regularly remove dust using dry compressed air to improve service life and reliability. Due to the high voltage inside, do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components.
7 Long-term Storage
When idle for long periods, store the unit in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the equipment for at least 30 minutes.
8 Load Connection Warning
Only connect to powered load equipment once the power-on self-test runs normally without error.
9 Malfunction Handling
If abnormal operation occurs, switch off the power supply immediately. Check the external connections for correctness and ensure all screws, switches, and knobs are properly set. Due to high internal voltages, do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device without proper knowledge and equipment.
