Product Instructions

1. Inspection before power-on Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Verify if any damage occurred during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, loose or damp power cords and terminals. If observed, address these immediately.
2. Power Connection Safety The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel. Confirm the input voltage is consistent with the manual.
3. Fan Control & Heat Dissipation The cooling fan is temperature controlled. It starts running when the inner temperature exceeds the threshold point. The speed varies with output voltage and current. Ensure the inlet and outlet of the fan are never blocked during operation.
4. Overheat Shutdown When the internal temperature reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine stops working automatically to prevent damage. It resumes automatically when the temperature drops to a safe level.
5. Operating Environment Ensure the operating environment is free from excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances. Prevent severe vibrations, impacts, exposure to rain, and direct sunlight.
6. Regular Maintenance Regularly remove dust to extend the service life and reliability. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal. Do not open the casing without authorization to protect inner components.
7. Long-term Storage Store the device in a dry and ventilated room when idle. If stored for over 6 months, power on the device and run it for at least half an hour.
8. Warning Only connect the powered load equipment after confirming the power-on test is normal and error-free.
9. Troubleshooting If abnormal operation is found, turn off the switch immediately. Carefully check all connections for correctness, tighten any loose screws, and ensure all switches and knobs are in their correct positions. High voltage is present inside; do not attempt unauthorized disassembly or repair without professional equipment.
