Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Inspect for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, dislodged power cords and terminals, or dampness. Address any of these issues promptly.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel, confirming proper connection. Ensure that the input power supply voltage matches the voltage indicated in the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. The fan will start when the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting temperature threshold. The fan speed varies based on output voltage and current, which is normal. Ensure that the inlet and outlet of the fan are never blocked during operation.
When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. It will resume work automatically once the temperature drops slightly.
When operating this power equipment, ensure that dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances in the air do not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibrations, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
Perform regular dust removal to significantly improve the service life and reliability of the equipment. Dry compressed air can be used for dust removal. Do not open the casing to prevent damage to internal components from high internal voltage.
When the power equipment is idle for an extended period, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, power on the device and operate it for at least half an hour.
Warning: Only connect to powered load equipment once the power-on test is normal and free of errors.
Handling of Malfunctions: If abnormal operation is detected after turning on the machine, immediately cut off the power switch of the stabilized power supply. Carefully check all internal and external connections, check connecting screws for looseness, and verify that all switches and knobs are in the correct positions. Do not unscrew the casing or attempt repairs yourself due to dangerous high voltages inside.
Yes, these comprehensive protection features are built into the unit.
Yes, reverse protection can be configured as an additional customized option.
No. The power supply needs to be operated with excess capacity. It is recommended to run the power supply below 80% capacity for long-term operations.
Yes, both voltage and current can be easily adjusted using the dual knobs.
Yes, our systems are fully isolated power supplies.
The voltage regulation starts from 1V.
