Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for damage during transportation, such as whether screws are loose, whether the appearance is abnormal, whether the power cord and terminal are shaken off, and whether they are damp. If any of the above situations occur, resolve them in a timely manner.
The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm correct connection. Pay attention to whether the connected input power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting temperature control point, the fan will start. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is normal. When operating, please ensure the inlet and outlet of the fan are not blocked.
When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. When the temperature drops slightly, it will automatically resume operation.
When using power equipment, dust, acid, corrosive gases or substances in the air should not exceed normal levels. Severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight should be avoided as much as possible.
Regular dust removal is highly recommended to improve the service life and reliability of the power equipment (dry compressed air can be used for dust removal, but note that high pressure exists inside. Do not open the casing and avoid damaging internal components).
When the power equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, the equipment should be powered on and operated for more than half an hour.
Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
Handling of malfunctions and problems: If abnormal operation is found after turning on the machine, immediately cut off the power switch of the stabilized power supply, and carefully check the internal and external connections for correctness and tightness. Check if all switches and knobs are in the correct positions. Do not unscrew or remove the casing without authorization. Due to high voltage inside the machine, do not attempt self-repair without professional knowledge and equipment. Please notify professional support promptly to resolve the issue.
