Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for any damage during transportation, such as loose screws, abnormal appearance, shaken power cords or terminals, and dampness. Address any of these issues promptly before use.

The local power switch controls the internal auxiliary power supply. For safety, please install an external air switch at the power input terminal. Connect the ground wire and input power wire correctly according to the labels on the rear panel. Verify that the input voltage matches the manual specifications.

Step 3

The cooling fan is temperature-controlled and starts when the internal temperature exceeds the threshold. The fan speed adjusts dynamically based on output voltage and current. Keep the air inlets and outlets completely unobstructed during operation.

Step 4

If internal temperatures reach the overheat threshold, the system automatically shuts down for self-protection. It resumes operation automatically once the temperature cools down.

Step 5

Ensure the operating environment is free of excessive dust, acid, corrosive gases, severe vibrations, moisture, and direct sunlight.

Step 6

Perform regular dust removal using dry compressed air to increase service life. Do not open the casing to prevent damage or safety hazards due to internal high voltage.

Step 7

For long-term storage, keep the unit in a dry, ventilated room. If stored for over 6 months, power on and operate the supply for at least 30 minutes before deployment.
