• 1 Before powering on, check the stored and transported switch power supply. Check for any damage during transportation, such as whether screws are loose, whether the appearance is abnormal, whether the power cord and terminal are shaken off, and whether they are damp. If any of these phenomena occur, handle them in a timely manner.
• 2 The local power switch controls the auxiliary power supply inside the machine. For safety reasons, please add an air switch to the power input terminal to control the power input. Connect the ground wire and input power wire according to the label on the rear panel to confirm correct connection. Pay attention to whether the connected input voltage is consistent with the voltage indicated in the manual.
• 3 The cooling fan is temperature controlled. When the temperature inside the machine exceeds the starting control point, the fan will start. The fan speed varies with the output voltage and current, which is normal. When operating, please ensure the inlet and outlet of the fan are not blocked.
• 4 When the temperature inside the machine reaches the threshold for overheating shutdown, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent damage. When the temperature drops, it will automatically resume work.
• 5 When using the equipment, ensure that dust, acid, corrosive gases, or substances in the air do not exceed normal levels. Avoid severe vibration, bumps, rain, and direct sunlight.
• 6 It is recommended to carry out regular dust removal, which can greatly improve the service life and reliability of the power equipment (dry compressed air can be used, but note there is high pressure inside; do not open the casing and be careful not to damage internal components).
• 7 When the power equipment is idle for a long time, store it in a dry and ventilated room. If stored for more than 6 months, the equipment should be powered on and operated for more than half an hour.
• 8 Warning: Only connect to the powered load equipment when the power-on test is normal and error-free.
• 9 Handling of malfunctions: If abnormal operation is detected, cut off the power switch immediately. Carefully check internal and external connections for correctness and ensure screws are tight. Verify all switches and knobs are in the correct positions. Do not unscrew the casing or attempt to repair the unit yourself due to high voltage.
